I agree with the excellent storytelling in Oppenheimer, which for me was most compelling when focused on the political aspects that had been unknown to me. It reminded me of how long we sometimes wait to learn the import of something even when we have a pretty good idea more will come out. It happened when it was reported that then-President left Maralago to return to Washington on New Years Eve 2020 - I knew that could mean nothing good. Again when Grassley said he would be presiding over January 6th proceedings in Mike Pence’s absence - I knew that could mean nothing good, either. Ripples continue from those events, too….
